Jack Sissoyev is the team leader at Royal Custom Designs. His most important role is the chief advocate of RCD’s valued clients. He has over 30 years experience, vision and expertise to produce fine furniture at the highest levels. His passion is design, taking ideas and converting them into exquisite, balanced pieces. When not at Chino, Jack’s other passion is family, and traveling with family.

Natasha Funk Vice president, Operations

Natasha Funk has been a member of the Royal Custom Designs team since 2008 serving first as Senior Project Director, Director of Operations and now VP of Operations. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Natasha uses her extensive knowledge and experience to provide support to the project team to ensure each project is executed to the highest expectations of the client. Natasha enjoys spending her free time with her son and her family and is a proud alumna of the University of La Verne. Go Leos!

Jose Iglesias Vice president of manufacturing

Jose Iglesias is the VP of manufacturing at Royal Custom Designs. His job sounds simple – do we have everything we need to make your order? He is responsible for material, staffing, supplies, production scheduling… you get the idea. After 25 years with RCD, he is pretty good at what he does. In his spare time (not much of it) he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and reading.

Martha Clark associate vice president

Martha Clark was hired in 2016 first in the role of Project Director, and now as Associate VP. With over 2 decades of experience in high end furniture manufacturing serving the Interior Design, Hospitality and High end retail industries, Martha uses her broad experience to collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Project Teams in our objective of providing customers with outstanding service. Martha spends her free time working on her butterfly garden, painting, cooking and enjoying the outdoors with family, friends, and her beloved pets.

Iris Tan Controller

Iris has been a part of the RCD Team since 2005 managing the accounting department. Iris enjoys shopping and baking for her family.

Elizabeth Plaza Senior Estimator

Elizabeth Plaza has been a member of the Royal Custom Designs Team since 2003. With over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, Elizabeth understands the importance of providing the sales team with the necessary support to complete quotations in a timely manner. In her spare time she loves spending time with family. She also enjoys embroidery, reading a good book, and of course nothing beats watching a good movie with her Grandchildren.


Maria Castro Project MANAGER

Maria is the project manager for the Eastern United States. She is the go to person for one of the busiest regions in the nation. Maria has 18 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry, ranging from hospitality, high end residential and retail. When not at work, Maria can be found volunteering at her daughter’s dance group where she serves as a group coordinator. In her spare time Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends.


Liz perez project manager

Liz joined the RCD Team in 2017 in the role of of Project Coordinator. Although new to the Hospitality industry, Liz's superior communication and organizational skills have been key to her success and promotion to her new position as a Project Manager. Liz is responsible for providing excellent service to key accounts as well as the Center region of the United States. When not at the office, Liz can be found outdoors, hiking our local mountains or spending time with her family.

Sharon Porche Accounts Payable

Sharon has been an integral part of the RCD team for almost 8 years in the accounting department processing payables. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, painting and spending time with her family.


Maribel olivas project administrator

Maribel is a key part of the RCD Project Team in the role of project administrator. She is responsible for entering all orders into the system, acknowledging orders, and providing support with administrative duties to all members of the Project Team. When not at the office, Maribel enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter and family.
