Project Manager

The successful candidate will manage multiple custom furniture manufacturing projects by interacting directly with customers and designers, interpreting specs, and coordinating with our manufacturing plant personnel.


  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, design or the furniture manufacturing industry

  • Must be capable of multitasking and work in fast phase environment

  • Strong communication skills written and verbally

  • Team oriented with good follow up skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications and/or additional equivalent years of relevant experience in project management, business, manufacturing, or design.

  • Must be computer literate Excel, and other ERP system, Word etc.

Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to help maintain our supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential vendors. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for learning company purchasing policies and procedures, and maintaining supply inventory levels required for effective company operation. The successful candidate will also be charged with conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for each product that is purchased.


  • Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors

  • Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communication with those vendors

  • Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company

  • Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors wen there are discrepancies


  • High school diploma/GED required

  • 1+ years of experience

  • A multi-tasker who pays attention to details

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

  • Experience with AutoCAD a plus

  • Excellent computer skills in MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and internet savvy
